Low-fat Kesar Shrikhand

Kesar Shrikhand being low fat and easy to make gives an unforgettable flavor!
This can easily be made with readily available ingredients in your kitchen!

Serves 1bowl

Ingredients

1.1 Cup Low Fat yogurt
2. 1/2 tsp Stevia Powder
3. 2-3 Pistachios or pista (chopped)
4. 3-4 Almonds (chopped)
5.3-4 strands of kesar
6. ¼ tsp elaichi powder
7.1 tsp low fat milk

Directions

1. Tie the yogurt in a piece of muslin (Malmal cloth) and leave it hanging for 2-3 hours over a bowl.
2. Soak the almonds and pistachio in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours. Remove the skin & chop them finely.
3. Transfer the tied curd into a bowl.
4. Add stevia powder & mix well. . .
5. Soak kesar in warm milk; cool and add it to the yogurt mixture. Mix well.
6. Add elaichi powder, chopped almonds and pistachio.
7. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
8. Enjoy the feast!
