Moong Sprouts Bajra Chilla

Helps in digestion: Bajra is rich in insoluble fibre that aids digestion.

Ingredients

1. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
2. 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower
3. 2 tbsp chopped cabbage
4. One tbsp chopped tomatoes
5. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
6. One tsp chopped ginger and chilliies
7. Salt and black papper to taste
8. Coriander and one tsp lemon juice

Directions

Heat the oil and add ginger- chillies for few sec. add all vegetable and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 min. add one glass of hot water, salt and pepper. cook on medium flam for 3-4 min. Remove from flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves .serve immediately.
