Oats besan Chilla

Ingredients

1. One cup oats
2. ½ cup besan
3. 1 cup water
4. 0ne tsp cumin
5. Salt as needed
6. ½ grated carrot
7. ½ grated cucumber
8. 2tbsp chopped onion
9. One green chilly chopped
10. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
11. 2 tsp oil

Directions

1. Powder the oats in a blender jar and add it to a mixing bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl except oil. Pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick.
3. Heat a pan and pour 1 ladle of batter
4. Spread it gently to a slightly thin pancake and drizzle oil around the edges.
5. When cooked, flip it and cook on the other side as well.
6. Serve oats chilla hot with green chutney.
