Paneer Tikka​

Ingredients

1. ½ cup thick yogurt
2. ½ tsp turmeric
3. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
4. ½ tsp coriander powder
5. ¼ tsp cumin powder
6. ½ tsp garam masala
7. ½ tsp kasturi methi, crushed
8. ½ tsp chaat masala
9. 1 tsp ginger – garlic paste
10. ¼ tsp ajwain
11. 2 tsp besan , dry roasted
12. 1 tbsp lemon juice
13. Salt to taste
14. 3 tsp oil

Directions

1. Firstly, take ½ cup thick curd / yogurt. further add in all the spices along with salt.
2. Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.
3. Now add ½ onion petals, ½ cubed capsicum (red & green) and 5 cubes paneer.
4. Also add 1 tsp of oil. mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
5. Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers. Further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.
7. Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately.
