Ingredients

1. Apple 30 gram
2. Skimmed Milk 100 mL
3. Quinoa 20 gram
4. Flaxseeds 5 gram
5. Cardamom Powder 5 gram
6. Almonds 4-5
7. Stevia 1
8. Ghee 1 teaspoon

Directions

1. Pressure Cook Quinoa for 2 whistles.
2. In a pan, add ghee and chopped apple, cook for 5 mins. Then quinoa, milk and bring them to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add flaxseeds, cardamom powder, chopped almonds and stevia, mix well.
4. Serve cold.
