Ingredients
1. Dates (khajoor) seedless, 1 cup (100m approx)
2. Cow’s ghee, 1/2 Tbsp
3. Quick cooking rolled oats, 1/2 cups
4. Sesame seeds (til), 2 Tsp
5. Rose petals, 2 Tsp
6. Roasted peanuts powdered, 2 Tsp
7. Milk powder, 4 Tsp
8. Rose syrup, 1 Tsp
Directions
1.Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the dates and sauté for 4-5 minutes till it becomes smooth.
2. Add the oats, sesame seeds, peanuts powder, milk powder, rose petals, mix well.
3. Add the rose syrup, mix well and cook till the mixture becomes thick
4. Cool the mixture, make desired tikkis out of it.
5. Serve delicious dates with rose flavor
