Sauté Cauliflower is a low calorie meal with good amount of fiber

Ingredients

1. 1. Chopped cauliflower, 1 cup
2. Oil, 1 Tsp
3. Salt to taste
4. Black pepper, 1 Pinch

Directions

1. Cut the cauliflower and discard the core.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower, salt, and pepper and sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Season, to taste, and serve warm.
